A&E Consultants takes great pride in being responsive to the needs of our clients.  We understand the needs of municipal organizations and stand ready to meet the challenge.  We are small enough to provide responsive, economical services, yet equipped to successfully handle substantial, multi-element projects.

o We have successfully identified and obtained funding to implement a variety of municipal capital improvement projects involving engineering design, construction management, and inspections.

· Grant Program and Eligibility Administration

o Our staff has comprehensive knowledge of requirements and procedures of most granting agencies.  We have successfully maintained funding eligibility and grant reimbursements for public agencies.

o Our aggressive funding search has allowed public agencies to successfully plan capital improvement programs with very little or no general fund allocations.  Our professional fees are always generated from grant appropriations, not from agency general fund.

· City Engineering Services

o Provide representation at public meetings and City Council meetings to inform and discuss Capital Improvement Program implementation plans and funding strategies.

o Attend workshops and meetings with granting agencies to represent City’s interest, and to remain informed of grant procedures and funding opportunities.
